Everything came except my THREE BOTTLES SKIN LIGHTENING THAT GO WITH THE WASH. Yes u guys only sent me bottles of the intense but not the three duo sets. The three duo sets I only received the three washs..where are the skin lightening for the set. You only Brent me allll bottles are of intimate. I waited way too long. It would a Christmas gift. Please overnight me my three bottles of skin lightening serum please and thank you.

Wrong address to return products

Im trying to return the unused portion of the products i purchased because the products didnt work. I sent them an email asking them how i do a return. They sent me an address that doesnt exist and Im waiting on their response follow up email to them. I will be calling my credit card and reporting fraud if i do not get the correct address

Ordered from this company because I saw the reviews however there was no confirmation of the order with an order number provided. The customer service number provided says its not in service and dude people just want their exchange of goods. Payment was taken on Monday. Ive waited just to see if there was a delay, but no, theres nothing. No tracking, no order confirmation, no order number. Just money taken from my account with various emails of discounts from them. I will rewrite a review once I actually receive the product.

Terrible customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong product and when I called about it, I was told too bad and that I would need to purchase the correct item and return the mistake. I returned the item I accidentally ordered for a refund and never received my refund. I wont be purchasing anything from this company again.

I placed my order February 9th and have still not received my product as of June 16th. Despite multiple requests for a cancellation and refund of my order, I have not received more than cursory, canned replies. I definitely feel scammed.
